To add to the fun with the broadband, the desktop computer has been throwing a wobbly with one of the monitors randomly going blank and then coming back. I think the problem is the computer end as swapping the monitors, the problem moves. While it was just the odd flash a day I could live with it, but yesterday is was the odd flash of display. Swicthing the displayport to HD from 4k has made it stable, but just why is it causing a problem now, almost 9 months since I set the machine up. I am convinced it is partly to do with the changes being made to the display drivers in opensuse, and fixing the problems there is an ongoing irritation!
