A bigger problem now in that the BT Hub 3 is crashing. It will run for 5 or 10 minutes from cold, and then the light drops to Green and even the wifi internally is down. I do have a backup via the mobile phone, but that can't be used to replace the static IP address that I am paying BT for. There support is even worse than it used to be and as yet they have not even put a parcel into Royal Mail, so it's unlikely to arrive today! AND they have billed me for the replacement already despite the fact that this is a warrantee repair. I can update this page, but at the moment no one can actually see it ...
