Back to the messy heart beat ...
Well after 10 days of a clean sinus rhythm I'm back to the messy one and the watch is struggling with misinformation on my 'stress levels'. Perhaps the only thing that is stressing me is the way none of these 'Artificial Intelligence' tools have no intelligence at all. The main problem is that the Samsung tools have no idea of other reasons for a high HRV and try to fix a high one to what it has been 'trained on'. I'm still not experiencing any problem symptoms beyond the niggling discomfit in my knee, although the tightness in my chest has come back again. The only thing that has changed in the last few days since the heart rate dropped back to messy is that my body temperature has dropped to 35 deg from a more normal for me 36 deg. If this is a problem is something I don't currently know and Mistral is not helpful on that point other than saying 'seek a professional' which I am waiting on several from the NHS ...
Diet wise I have been more successful and have hit 72kg which is 24.4BMI so I can ease off on the calorie intake and have a few more treats. Just don't go too mad on that and maintain my weight around that target.
