Making more progress but still in waiting mode

Has it really been two weeks since I tried to start this? A lot has gone on in that time such as completing my physio course only to find that I had not needed to do the whole 20 weeks. Now I am on a new 20 week course, but I intend to replace it by some extra steps in my new moring exercise session which includes a 10 minute HIIT session to get my heart rate up. That I can't get proper support from the NHS to help sort out just what I SHOULD be doing to help both my Leg and my Heart is perhaps something I should call 'stressful'? I had to self refer to the hospital physio team, which took some time until I realsied all the questions could be answered by looking in the NHS app ... so just why do we need yet another system, just bolt all of this onto what already exists! But we are back in waiting mode on an appointment there.

Yesterday (14th April) I was fitted with a now 3 wire ECG with a recorder not much bigger than a cigarette box. I lot smaller than one I was hooked up to back in 2022 and which was not really partable. This new one seems to be using the same technology as the watch, and initially was unable to 'sync up' given how far my rhythm is away for a normal sinus one. That same problem has prevented me from recalibrating the watch as it needs a steady set of pulses to work and most of the day now I don't have that. But having been sitting quite this evening I just tried again and actually managed three readings with ones from the arm band one to provide the calibration. It works fairly automatically apart from the bug where for each reading it also adds another 119 copies from the history on that monitor. I spent 15 minutes cleaning up the last two weeks, and I should not need any more external readings for another 28 days.

I really do need to have a dig at SilverCrest and Samsung to report the problems, not that I expect anything to be done any time soon, but unless these problems are properly recorded then this is no chance that something will change. And buying Samsung compatible scales and blood pressure monitor is probably what will have to change. More unnecessary expence when what I have does work, in fact Smasung picks the BPM bluetooth messages up almost instantly , a pity it doesn't do the same for the scales which I have to copy over manually.
