History of Coding - Software and System Management

<p>For now I will keep all of the links between debugging code and managing the deployment of that code together, but at some point I need to move the management stuff into it&#39;s own section. Often bugs are due to the system configuration rather than the actual code such as happens when openSUSE changes the PHP tmp user as part of an update and I have to remeber to switch it back. It is this fine tuning of the underlying linux that can cause problems, hence resulting in what looks like software errors.</p>
