Already having second thoughts on this as the laravel framework that webtrees now uses is a nightmare compared to ADOdb, so phpgedview has had a bit of a reprieve for the moment. I still need to sort the reporting functions and may be able to pinch that from elsewhere but the important thing is to have the Caine-Humphries family tree data up to date and that does not really need printing out just yet. The on line displays are working nicely.

  • Currently waiting on some kits from Bowaters for the pairs carriages for the Isle of Man railway models and some brass etched parts from Worsley Works for the Viking Diesel Loco. All in 15mm scale. In the meantime, I've been gathering coloured images ready for painting. Need to pull all of my research together and sort out the various books, images and parts I've amassed over the years. A trip the the island to fill in any gaps would be worthwhile and I can marry that up with my genealogical research as well!
