Webstack - Plexmediaserver

Install from the latest download, and simply copy /var/lib/plexmediaserver/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server from the old systems disk and we are in business! 

More later on now tidying the various libraries. I am still also using jellyfin for some libraries and that still needs reloading, but my desktop copy is used for classical music during the day.

There are a number of problems with the way CD's are handled when they are part of a classical music lobrary and I would prefer that the bace CD's remained as such even where there are multiple conductors/performers and composers. The current process just does not work well.
