Daily routine updates

By Lester Caine
12 March 2025

I am getting into a settled routine despite there being a number of external factors getting in the way. Waking up at 6:30 is settling down and doing my morning bits result in my having breakfast around 7. I've dropped the Rice Snaps as they are of little benefit, and while I still have a little Fruit and Fibre left, I have switched back to just Bran Flakes as I've been adding fresh Bananas anyway. Bananas are fun, but I get big ones but chop in half and seal the second half ready for…

A trying time

The key application should be the phone's own one, Samsung Health. But of cause Google's Health app is also active and needed by the NHS App's to get movement data. Why can't we have just one app coordinating everything is my major complaint. On top of these two are several other apps addressing more targeted areas. HealthForYou is…

Am I stressed?

An interesting question, and one to which there is not an obvious answer. I've just been hitting Mistral again and finding that it's approach gets very irritating. So when does irritation become stress? Just as when does commenting on something become a complaint. There are currently a number of things that I could complain about and their solutions would reduce my irritation level. The one major area is tracking just where I am health wise and adding extra apps to cover meditation, m…
