I am getting into a settled routine despite there being a number of external factors getting in the way. Waking up at 6:30 is settling down and doing my morning bits result in my having breakfast around 7. I've dropped the Rice Snaps as they are of little benefit, and while I still have a little Fruit and Fibre left, I have switched back to just Bran Flakes as I've been adding fresh Bananas anyway.
