Trying to monitor just how interrupted my sleep is I've bitten the bullet and picked up a Galaxy Watch4 Classic reconditioned unit to keep the price down. It was supplied with a new silicon strap, but that has already broken and I think that is contributing to the failures in taking readings via it. I am getting into a settled routine despite there being a number of external factors getting in the way. Had a nice night out yesterday over at Coventry Cathedral listening to 'Everything Under The Sun' performing the music of Pink Floyd, and backed by the cathedral organ. It was a sell out performance and while the tickets said 8 to 10, we walked back to the car at 10:45 with the last set still playing. Back home before 12. So much for my new sleep pattern, and I was hal…

The main use of my mobile phone apps is to track my health condition, so tidying up just what apps are best to support that is important.

The key application should be the phone's own one, Samsung Health. But of cause Google's Health app is also active and needed by the NHS App's to get movement data. Why can't we have just one app coordinating everything is my major complaint. On top of these two are several other apps addressing more targeted areas. HealthForYou is…
